February 2025 - GLOW’s Executive Director Sheila Maddali closed out her fellowship with New Profit’s Economic Mobility cohort at a convening in Puerto Rico this month. In 2024, GLOW was chosen as 1 of 16 innovative organizations in the country advancing economic equity and mobility - we are so grateful for all of the learnings and collaborations with brilliant thinkers that have stemmed from this opportunity.
