TWAC Convening 2025

In a time when isolation & despair feels constant, the Temp Worker Advocacy Coalition (TWAC) was a breath of fresh air. Over 3 days, we shared space, held transformative conversations, deepened relationships, and felt the unshakable solidarity of workers whose experiences and dreams align more than any system wants to admit.

We left with shared commitments, new collaborations, stronger strategic alignment, and a shared political analysis of how the temp industry profits off the exploitation of immigrants, people with records, and workers pushed to the margin-hurting all of us in the process.

We are honored to anchor this Coalition and know it would be nothing without the workers and organizations who pour into it and do the daily hard work of building worker power change the carceral and deportation systems that fuel the temp staffing industry.

More exciting updates from TWAC to come soon.
