NLAN Signs Onto National Women's Law Center's Amicus Brief in Support of Massachusetts Gig Drivers

NLAN was proud to sign on as amici on National Women’s Law Center’s amicus brief supporting Massachusetts gig drivers. As they explain in their brief, gig companies in MA are misclassifying drivers as independent contractors, limiting their rights & protections under the law and particularly impacting women of color.
